THERMOFORMER
The large heating chamber accomodates big formers together with the material (plastics, solid surface materials, etc.) to heat them up, and then form them without pressure. The mouldable material is then secured on the former and cooled down afterwards.

Rejected shapes of certain materials can be re-heated and “flattened” again to reuse them for another trial.
The heating station has a downwards opening hatch to give access to the pull out heating trays. Fully welded industrial design in a sturdy and torsionally rigid steel construction.
The Thermoformer can be customised with up to 3 heating trays.
The sophisticated CAS-convection heating guarantees a gentle and entirely uniform heating process. There are no problems with discolouring of sensitive materials or sticking of materials onto the heating trays..
